When it comes to our commitment to clean we keep it simple: Everything at Fine Line is 100% free of toxic ingredients. Some of our brands take it a step further with sustainable and philanthropic efforts.

Do you currently have a brick and mortar?

We are currently online only while we explore new locations. Sign up for our newsletter and keep an eye on our Instagram for updates and info on local Austin events.

How do you decide what brands to carry?

Everything has either been tested by us personally or vouched for by our discerning beauty advisors.

Our assortment is intentionally curated...these are the products we use everyday and swear by!

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $5 on orders under $100. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Do you still offer local Austin pick up?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer local pick as an option at check out up as our inventory is not centrally located.

That said, we are here for skincare emergencies. If you're in Austin and are hoping to pick something up, please send us an email at or slide into our DMs on social and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Do you accept returns?

While we hope you love your purchase from Fine Line, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We will issue a store credit for items that are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. All returns will be issued as store credit to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
